South Norfolk cottage

Total renovation of a one up, one down cottage with a new extension to house a large kitchen diner, two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
A damaged piece of guttering had caused years of water damage at the base of the gable end which, as a result, had to be under pinned. Sections of the sole plate and beams were repaired and replaced. New infill and lime render on the exterior. Lime plaster on the interior.
